I must say that it's very lovely!
The light shining from through the clouds is very strongly yellow-ish, and it makes the sun's rays seem very strong! I like the atmosphere that this particular detail gives the whole picture, so... hopeful and so full of relief.
And I don't think there's anything wrong with the clouds! The lighting/shading of the clouds is well done and they seem very lifelike! Better they are done than mine, at least ^^
