I second that opinion, that would be an awesome pendant! Probably rather cumbersome to make but an amazing pendant nonetheless!

I, too, know little about making jewelry but I think your best bet might be to seek out some local and/or small-scale jewelry designers, or ask around from jewelry stores or such. They might know something or even direct you forwards to someone who does know. Naturally your best bet would be to recruit a friend who's studying to be a jewel designer or is otherwise interested and/or skillful in said area, but if you don't happen to have such a friend, then this'd be the next best thing ^^ I'm sorry I can't help more :C
